What is Kirb’s refund policy?

Kirb will not charge you until after you’re done parking and when you leave your space. If you were not able to park for any of the following reasons and were charged, Kirb will issue a 100% refund:

  • There was no room for your vehicle
  • The space did not exist
  • Someone else was parked in the space

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support at [email protected] and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

What is Kirb’s cancellation policy?

You may cancel any on-demand parking reservation within 5 minutes from the time you claimed the space. If you change your mind after claiming a parking space, tap the cancel button on the Kirb app on your device.

Cancellations to advance reservations made within 12 hours before the reservation begins may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the booking total.
