What if my phone dies while I’m parked?

Don’t worry. If you’re phone dies or is damaged while you are parked, make note of the time. Leave your parking space at the scheduled time and once your phone is working again, email support at [email protected] we’ll make sure you aren’t charged for time you didn’t use.

What do I do if the app crashes or stops working?

If you’re having technical problems with the Kirb app or if the app keeps crashing, we recommend deleting and then reinstalling it. You will need to sign back into your account once the app has been reinstalled.

If you’re still having trouble using the Kirb app or if you have tried to reinstall the app but can’t open it, please email support at [email protected] and we’ll give you a hand.

What do I do if I the app displays the message “Network Error”?

If “Network Error” appears on your device, try turning off your WiFi connection. You may also want to reboot your device and log back into Kirb once your device restarts.
